Our client, a leading healthcare system located in west Houston, is seeking an HR Associate Generalist to support Oracle data cleanup, job description migration, and skills mapping initiatives. This individual will review job-related data, validate system-generated skills, and ensure alignment between job profiles and classifications. They will also copy structured job data into Oracle and make judgment calls on skills and classifications. This is a professional, structured HR environment. This role is onsite, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and is a contract running from July 20 through October 17, 2026. Compensation is between 25-30hr based on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
* Perform Oracle data cleanup
* Support job description migration into Oracle
* Conduct skills mapping across job profiles
* Review job-related data for accuracy
* Copy structured data into Oracle fields
* Validate system-generated skills
* Align skills with job profiles
* Make judgment calls on classifications
* Support HR and Total Rewards teams
* Maintain accurate HR system records
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience
* Broad HR knowledge
* HR Shared Services experience preferred
* Experience with HR systems / Oracle preferred
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to make judgment calls
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to work onsite
