Project Scheduler

We are seeking experienced Project Schedulers / Planners to support large-scale manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure projects across North America, with a strong focus in Texas. This role is embedded directly within project execution – not a traditional owner’s representative position.

You’ll work closely with engineering, construction, procurement, and commissioning teams to drive real-time scheduling decisions in a fast-paced, high-impact environment supporting major industrial builds (megafactories, data centers, energy infrastructure, battery production, and more).

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and drive project schedules using Primavera P6
• Partner directly with cross-functional teams to align execution with schedule targets
• Develop and manage resource-loaded schedules
• Identify schedule risks, impacts, and develop recovery plans
• Communicate schedule status, risks, and strategy clearly to project leadership
• Support simultaneous workstreams across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning

What We’re Looking For

• Strong expertise with Primavera P6 or equivalent
• Experience supporting large-scale industrial construction projects
• Background in EPC, self-perform contractors, or construction execution
• Proven ability to build schedules from scratch and drive them through execution
• Strong understanding of schedule risk analysis and mitigation
• Excellent communication skills with leadership-level stakeholders
