- Oversee day-to-day performance of multifamily, land, and commercial assets
- Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and pro forma modeling
- Monitor budgets, track variances, and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams and property management companies
- Support transactions, lease-up, and asset performance initiatives
- Ensure compliance, reporting, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain strong communication and organized property documentation
Key Skills
- Financial modeling (NPV, IRR, DCF, ROI) and strong analytical ability
- Knowledge of real estate operations and affordable housing (HUD, LIHTC)
- Ability to interpret complex data and regulations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- 3+ years of real estate or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
