We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processing Specialist with strong SAP experience to support order management and customer fulfillment activities. This role is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, maintaining data integrity within SAP, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and is comfortable managing high volumes of orders while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment using SAP
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate order information, pricing, and customer data within SAP
- Review orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, inventory, shipping, or customer information
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delays, or issues to internal stakeholders and customers
- Generate and analyze reports related to order activity, inventory, and customer requests
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer orders and transactions
- Provide support for returns, order modifications, and shipment tracking inquiries
- Assist with inventory verification and product availability checks within SAP
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and service-level expectations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency initiatives
- Perform data entry and administrative support related to order processing and customer accounts
