We are seeking a professional and friendly Part-Time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and assisting with day-to-day office operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and general administrative support
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate inventory replenishment as needed
- Support various departments with clerical and administrative tasks
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents as requested
- Route inquiries to the appropriate departments and assist with resolving basic customer or employee questions
- Ensure visitors follow office procedures and sign-in processes
