Job Details:
- Location: Bloomington, MN
- Schedule: Monday – Friday in office
- Work Model: Permanent employee
- Compensation: 60k-70k DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level administrative support to the Regional President, who serves as a direct report to the CEO.
- Oversee calendar management, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and ensure scheduling priorities are effectively managed.
- Create and maintain business materials including reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Organize office operations, special events, and internal communications to support a productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and departmental documentation.
- Provide administrative and project support to the Regional President’s leadership team, including six direct reports, assisting with coordination of key initiatives and day-to-day operational tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience providing executive or administrative support in a professional business environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
