Construction Project Manager (CSA / MEP / Electrical) – Austin, TX OR Open to Relocation
Our client is seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to support large-scale semiconductor manufacturing facility construction projects in Austin, TX. Candidates must have experience managing complex construction scopes within semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or similar high-tech industrial environments. Semiconductor construction experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through turnover
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety performance
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, and stakeholders
- Lead construction meetings and provide project status updates
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Track project milestones and proactively resolve schedule and execution risks
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Required Qualifications
- Construction Project Management experience supporting semiconductor facilities
- Experience managing large-scale industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Experience managing multiple contractors and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, project controls, and scheduling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with semiconductor fabs, clean rooms, or advanced manufacturing facilities
- Experience managing MEP, CSA, Electrical, or Process Utility scopes
- Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Schedule & Compensation
- Approximately 6 x 10-hour shifts per week (60+ hours/week)
- Team provides 24/7 project support, including nights and weekends
- 1.5x overtime pay after 40 hours
- Significant overtime available throughout the project
- Long-term project supporting a major semiconductor facility expansion
Location
- 100% ONSITE Austin, TX
