A highly regarded law firm is seeking a mid-level Capital Markets Associate to join its nationally recognized Securities & Capital Markets practice in Chicago, New York, Washington, DC, or Miami.
This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactional matters, including:
- Debt and equity capital markets offerings
- Mergers and acquisitions
- SEC compliance, reporting, and securities law matters
- Corporate and transactional counseling for a diverse client base
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with a large law firm practicing corporate, securities, capital markets, and M&A law
- Strong transactional drafting and deal execution skills
- Significant experience handling capital markets transactions and SEC reporting matters
- Prior securitization or aviation industry experience is a plus
- Strong academic credentials and a J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to, or eligibility for admission in, Illinois, New York, DC, or Florida
