Must Haves:
* 5+ years within legal IT
* Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Extra ID/Azure AD, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, Windows laptops, endpoint support, and identify/access management concepts
* Experience supporting attorneys or other high-expectation professional users in a service-oriented environment
* Ability to troubleshoot common hardware, software, connectively, printing, conferencing, mobile, and application issues
* Experience coordinating with MSPs, technology vendors, telecom providers, cybersecurity providers, or other outsources IT partners
* Familiar with cybersecurity fundamentals
Plusses:
* Experience with legal tech systems: NetDocuments, Litera, iManage, etc
* Interest in AI and legal technology innovation and development
