We are seeking a results-driven Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role will partner with hiring managers to recruit skilled and entry-level talent across production, warehouse, maintenance, engineering, quality, and operational functions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruitment, sourcing candidates, and supporting hiring efforts in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, production, warehouse, maintenance, quality, and engineering positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Support workforce planning initiatives and hiring forecasts.
- Attend hiring events, job fairs, and community recruiting activities as needed.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding candidate status and market conditions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the recruiting process.
