Contract Conflicts Analysis Attorney

Beacon Hill’s client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking a Conflicts Analysis Attorney to join its team on a long-term temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with prior conflicts experience who is looking for a remote position with a collaborative and sophisticated legal environment. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive conflicts checks for new business intake, lateral hires, and other firm matters.
• Analyze conflict search results and identify potential legal and business conflicts.
• Review client and matter information to ensure compliance with professional responsibility requirements and firm policies.
• Provide conflict recommendations and assist in resolving conflicts issues in a timely manner.
• Communicate with attorneys, legal staff, and firm leadership regarding conflicts-related questions and resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to conflicts clearance processes.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership required.
• Prior experience in legal conflicts analysis, new business intake, or a related law firm risk management function.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Remote; West Coast required or willing and able to work West Coast business hours (approximately 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM ET).
• Flexibility to work overtime periodically based on business needs.
