Highly regarded Am Law firm seeking a Business Tax Associate to join a nationally recognized transactional tax practice.
This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated M&A, private equity, fund formation, restructuring, tax credit, and cross-border transactions. Attorneys in the group play a meaningful role in complex, fast-paced matters and receive significant client exposure.
The ideal candidate will have transactional tax experience gained in a law firm environment. BigLaw training is preferred. An LL.M. in Taxation is a plus but not required for strong candidates.
