Beacon Hill is partnering with a highly respected and long-established Virginia litigation firm that is seeking an experienced attorney to lead and manage its nursing home abuse and neglect litigation practice. This is a unique opportunity to join a premier plaintiffs’ firm handling high-impact cases involving elder abuse, neglect, serious injury, and wrongful death.
The firm is open to attorneys coming from either the plaintiff or defense side, what’s essential is that they have substantial, hands-on nursing home litigation experience.
With offices throughout Central Virginia and the I-95 corridor, the attorney hired will have many home base options to choose from for this hybrid position.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Significant nursing home abuse, neglect, elder abuse, or long-term care litigation experience
- Ability to independently manage a caseload from intake through resolution
- Strong writing, deposition, and client-management skills
