Monday-Friday: 10:30am-7:00pm
Requirements:
-Must be a Licensed Pharmacist in state
-1 year of IV/infusion knowledge & practice
-1 year knowledge of USP 797/800 guidelines
Responsibilities:
-Will assist primarily with the medication production checks of IVs
-Auditing sterile and non sterile medications
-Verifying medication labels
-Checking ingredients prior to admixture
-Basic pharmacy calculations
-Calling the patients via phone-might help with this 25% of time
-Discussing medications and care plans with patients
