We are currently seeking a Project Manager for one of our top clients in Chandler, AZ. The Project Manager will lead the execution of three strategic initiatives focused on accounting transformation, organizational centralization, and ERP integration. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination across Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams while providing executive-level reporting and project oversight.
Responsibilities
- Manage and drive three major projects simultaneously:
- Shared Services
- Accounting Centralization
- ERP Integration
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Provide weekly executive summaries to leadership outlining:
- Project status
- Timeline updates
- Risks and mitigation plans
- Roadblocks
- Escalation items
- Coordinate cross-functional resources across Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure accountability for action items.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve project risks and dependencies.
- Ensure all solutions are thoroughly tested and validated prior to implementation.
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure project outcomes align with operational requirements and objectives.
- Drive projects to successful completion while maintaining clear communication with leadership.
Required Skills
- Proven project management experience leading multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Experience managing complex business transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and navigate competing priorities.
- Experience developing executive-level project reporting and presentations.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and risk-management skills.
- Experience within Accounting, Finance, Shared Services, or ERP-related environments.
Preferred Skills
- Sage Intacct experience a plus.
- Experience with accounting operations centralization or shared services implementations.
- ERP integration and systems conversion experience.
- Background working closely with Accounting and Finance leadership teams.
