Beacon Hill is supporting a growing engineering firm in South Jersey looking to hire a Full Charge Bookkeeper on a contract-to-hire basis to support day-to-day accounting operations. This is a fully onsite role with a stable and collaborative team.

Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle bookkeeping (AP, AR, general ledger)
Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations
Process invoices and track incoming payments
Assist with project-based accounting and cost tracking
Support billing and work in progress (WIP) reporting
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Assist with month-end close

Qualifications:
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Background in engineering, consulting, or project-based environment preferred
Experience with project accounting, WIP, or billing support is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite
