WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5-7 years of experience configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Talent Development, and Performance Management.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud configurations including requisition templates, job profiles, recruiting content libraries, candidate communications, hiring workflows, offer letters, approvals, and recruiting automation capabilities.
- Ability to gather, document, and translate Talent Acquisition and HR business requirements into effective Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including recruiting automation and workflow optimization.
- Understanding of skills-based hiring, qualifications management, workforce planning, and standardized job architecture concepts.
- Experience configuring or maintaining structured recruiting data such as qualifications, skills, education, licenses, certifications, work schedules, and job requirements.
- Interest in and understanding of AI-enabled HR technologies, intelligent requisition creation, future-state talent acquisition processes, and modernization initiatives.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Redwood implementations, Visual Builder Studio, Oracle HCM Cloud security roles, HDL data loads/conversions, and workforce structure, worker, and relationship data.
