Position Summary
Beacon Hill is seeking a People Operations Partner to support global HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. This role is responsible for managing Workday transactions, maintaining employee data integrity, supporting HR service delivery, and driving process improvements that enhance the employee experience. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and experienced in HR operations with a strong understanding of Workday and employee lifecycle management.
Position Details
- Job Type: Contract
- Pay Rate: $27-$28/Hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Work Arrangement: Onsite
- Assignment Duration: 6 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions, including hiring, onboarding, job changes, transfers, and terminations
- Maintain and optimize Workday business process workflows
- Ensure employee data accuracy, integrity, and compliance throughout the hire-to-retire lifecycle
- Conduct regular audits and data quality reviews to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Partner with HR teams to implement operational processes and employee self-service solutions
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to improve operational effectiveness
- Create and maintain process documentation, procedures, and training materials
- Support HR Service Center operations, including documentation management and service delivery monitoring
- Resolve escalated employee inquiries by collaborating with HR stakeholders and Centers of Excellence
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor service-level agreement performance
- Lead process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, and user experience enhancements
- Participate in Workday testing, release management, and system enhancement activities
- Support cross-functional projects and strategic HR initiatives
- Stay current on HR operations trends, best practices, and system capabilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of HR Operations experience
- Advanced proficiency with HCM systems, preferably Workday
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations
- Experience maintaining employee records and ensuring data integrity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
