Must Haves:
- 10+ years of project or program management experience leading complex cybersecurity, technology, product engineering, cloud, or enterprise infrastructure initiatives.
- Background in cybersecurity, security engineering, or vulnerability management
- Ability to coordinate and lead the delivery of AI Security Capabilities (ex: to improve patching speed, risk management strengthen release decisions, expand AI-enabled vulnerability scanning, prepare security teams for increased AI-driven threat volume etc)
- Experience managing enterprise cross-functional multi-million-dollar programs with senior stakeholders, measurable outcomes, clear ownership, and executive-level visibility.
- Jira, Confluence or Microsoft Project
Soft Skills:
- Strong negotiating skills, persuasive, ability to influence and drive the projects
- Strong communication and strong cross-functional communication skills at all levels with the ability to turn technical program details into concise executive updates, decision materials, risk summaries, customer communication inputs, and leadership-ready reporting
Nice to haves:
- Certification in Project Management, such as PMP, is highly desirable.
- Cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, or similar, are a strong plus.
