Growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join its in-house legal team in a hybrid work environment in Atlanta. This senior-level role will manage complex litigation matters nationwide, oversee outside counsel, develop case strategy, attend mediations and trials, and advise leadership on legal risk and exposure.

Qualified candidates will have a J.D., active bar license, and 8+ years of civil litigation experience, exposure to medical malpractice, and trial experience are strongly preferred.
