Project Manager IV

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams while ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Own RAID management, including identification, tracking, mitigation, and escalation of risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to support effective project execution and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate decision-making to drive project success.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level status reports, updates, and presentations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance project management effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proven experience creating project plans and managing RAID logs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Wrike, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
