Our client, a global leading testing and environmental compliance company, is looking for a Test Report Coordinator to join the Field Services Group at its corporate headquarters in North Austin. This position supports the preparation, review, and distribution of environmental compliance test reports. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a technical business environment. While industry experience is not required, a strong work ethic and the ability to stay focused during business hours are essential. This person will be onsite Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM. Dress code is Business Casual. This is a contract to hire position with an hourly rate of 18-20hr when temping and 22hr when permanent.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality review of field test reports for accuracy and completeness
- Invoice and distribute test reports (via print or email) using proprietary database
- Generate consolidated invoices and collate reports per customer requests and regulatory requirements
- Upload invoices and reports to customer websites and input invoice details into internal systems
- Follow established procedures and timelines to ensure all daily report deadlines are met
- Organize paperwork and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (comfortable with formulas and data entry; advanced skills not required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to follow directions and established procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and desire to learn
- College degree preferred
