Must Haves:
- 4-5+ years of relevant systems administration, applications administration, or systems engineering experience
- Hands-on AeroScout experience, including support of multiple modules
- Asset Tracking, Temperature Monitoring, Infant Protection, and Staff Protection solutions
- Experience in healthcare technical project management
- Strong understanding of Windows Server environments
- Solid networking fundamentals
- Ability to quickly become self-sufficient with limited onboarding
- Experience working directly with vendors and technical teams
- Experience working in an enterprise healthcare/hospital environment
Day to Day:
- Administer and support the AeroScout platform and associated modules
- Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations
- Fulfill operational requests such as tracking tag activations and replacements
- Coordinate between internal technical teams, stakeholders, and the AeroScout vendor
- Assist with customer requests, quotes, and system-related inquiries
- Participate in project work and help scope future initiatives as assigned
- Work closely with infrastructure and networking teams to resolve system issues
- Serve as a liaison between end users and technical resources
