Patient Account Biller responsible for full-cycle medical billing including:
- Entry-level Medical Biller with 2-3+ years of medical billing experience
- Full-cycle billing including eligibility verification, claims follow-up, denials, and collections
- Heavy focus on collections and denial management
- Supports behavioral health and HIV preventative health services
- Experience in healthcare, clinic, or FQHC environments preferred
- Everything is largely automated, but candidates should understand the full billing cycle
- No direct patient-facing responsibilities; communication handled via phone and email
