Financial Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to partner with business leaders, analyze financial performance, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. As the Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis while providing actionable insights to support organizational growth and profitability. Responsibilities As the Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and maintaining financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning efforts
- Analyzing financial results and identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities within the business
- Assisting with the annual budget process and periodic forecasting activities
- Developing variance analyses and providing explanations for differences between actual and budgeted results
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and key stakeholders
- Partnering with department leaders to provide financial guidance and support decision-making
- Creating dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Supporting business case development and investment analysis for new initiatives
- Assisting with month-end close activities and financial reporting processes as needed
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and helping drive efficiencies across financial planning and reporting functions
Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2-5 years of financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and financial modeling techniques
- Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and improving processes
