Executive Administrative Assistant

Employment Type: Long-Term Contract with Contract-to-Hire Potential
Compensation: $65,000-$80,000 Annually, depending on previous exp.
About the Opportunity
Beacon Hill’s client is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO and President. This role serves as a trusted partner responsible for managing executive priorities, coordinating Board activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and communications.
- Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, briefing materials, and executive documentation.
- Track key projects, deadlines, and action items to ensure follow-through on organizational priorities.
- Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Oversee office administrative functions, supplies, meeting logistics, and workspace coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, schedules, agendas, materials, and official meeting records.
- Support Board governance activities, compliance requirements, member onboarding, and ongoing engagement.
- Build strong relationships with Board members, stakeholders, and community partners while ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of executive support, office management, or operational support experience.
- Prior experience supporting a CEO, President, Executive Director, or senior executive.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
