Position Summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to support day-to-day workplace operations, hospitality services, and onsite event coordination within a dynamic corporate environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, guests, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless workplace experience through exceptional customer service, event support, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Contract
  • Pay Rate: $22.00-24.00/hour
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
  • Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily workplace operations and hospitality services
  • Coordinate room setups, meeting space configurations, and event readiness
  • Assist with catering setup, hospitality stations, and food and beverage service
  • Perform workplace walkthroughs to ensure spaces remain organized and presentation-ready
  • Support guest check-in, visitor management, and badge distribution processes
  • Serve as a liaison between workplace teams, vendors, and event stakeholders
  • Monitor vendor performance and escalate operational issues as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, guests, and visitors
  • Assist with event logistics, guest flow management, and operational execution
  • Maintain workplace standards, safety protocols, and service excellence initiatives
  • Support Front of House operations and respond to guest requests
  • Coordinate resources and equipment needed for meetings and events
  • Conduct event readiness reviews and post-event operational assessments

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of workplace experience, hospitality, facilities, front desk, event coordination, office services, or customer-facing operations experience
  • Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
  • Experience supporting meetings, events, or workplace operations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Comfortable collaborating with employees, visitors, vendors, and leadership teams
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
