Outbound Customer Service Representative

Please read before applying: This is a fully onsite position in Beaverton, Oregon. Applicants must currently live in Oregon and be able to commute to the office daily. This is not a remote or hybrid role.

We’re partnering with a growing advertising company that’s gearing up for its busy season and looking for outgoing, dependable people who are comfortable talking with businesses over the phone.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Make 100+ outbound calls per day to local businesses
• Follow a script and build rapport with decision makers
• Discuss advertising campaigns for nationally recognized brands
• Encourage businesses to participate in upcoming campaigns
• Track call activity and maintain accurate records
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented call center environment

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service, call center, sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or similar experience
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Ability to follow a script while keeping conversations natural
• Reliable, confident, and able to jump in with minimal training
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a growing environment

Schedule & Location

• Full-Time
• First day: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Regular schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 100% onsite in Beaverton, OR
