- Experience with PX4, ArduPilot, MAVLink, flight controllers, embedded systems, autonomy software, flight testing, or vehicle control systems is highly relevant.
- Cloud infrastructure experience is valuable when paired with autonomous systems exposure.
- Experience deploying software to edge devices or embedded systems is valuable.
- Experience developing software for autonomous systems, drones, robotics, aerospace, UAS, or other mission-critical platforms using C++ and/or Python.
- Experience working with larger system architectures, embedded systems, flight software, autonomy platforms, or cloud-to-edge deployments.
- Strong communicator who can collaborate across software, hardware, manufacturing, testing, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates primarily focused on machine learning, computer vision, or object detection are unlikely to be a fit.
Must Haves:
- Ability to design and build semi-autonomous systems (UAS, USV, UGV) and modify software which controls them
- Ability to interface with and build software for micro-controllers (Raspberry Pi, STM, Arduino)
- Fluency in C++ or Python or Golang
