Location: Denver, CO

Work Arrangement: 100% onsite, Monday through Friday

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment Type: 6-month contract-to-hire

Compensation: $22-$28/hour

Position Overview:

Beacon Hill’s client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a commercial office property or portfolio in Denver. This position will act as a key administrative resource for the property management team while assisting with tenant communication, accounting functions, vendor coordination, and general property operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in gaining hands-on experience and growing within the commercial real estate and property management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, addressing questions, managing service requests, and helping coordinate solutions for maintenance-related needs.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the property management team, including maintaining records, updating databases, entering information, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with property accounting responsibilities such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, invoice coding, certificates of insurance (COIs), and other financial documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and monitor work orders to help ensure maintenance and repair requests are completed appropriately and on schedule.
  • Contribute to monthly reporting by preparing financial information, property updates, and other materials for management and clients.
  • Support lease administration processes, including organizing documentation, coordinating tenant communications, and assisting with move-ins.
  • Help organize tenant events, building announcements, and other initiatives designed to support a positive tenant experience.
  • Provide backup assistance with reception coverage, mail distribution, and general office operations as needed.
  • Assist with additional property-related responsibilities necessary to support smooth building operations and applicable property requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in an office setting; commercial real estate or property management experience is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, professional attitude with an interest in developing a career within commercial real estate.
  • Ability to work onsite five days per week from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
