Learning & Development Project Coordinator / LMS Administrator
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Schedule: 10-20 hours per week, Monday-Friday during standard business hours
Employment Type: Contract (6 weeks)
Compensation: $35-$40/hour, depending on LMS experience
Position Overview
This contract opportunity will support two high-priority initiatives centered around employee survey data migration and LMS administration. The selected candidate will play a key role in organizing, validating, and migrating historical employee survey data while also serving as the primary administrator for Workday Learning throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Survey Data Migration & Reporting
- Retrieve historical employee engagement survey information from Gallup and prepare it for migration.
- Collaborate closely with the Learning & Development team to support data conversion efforts.
- Ensure all extraction, validation, and migration activities are completed by the established project deadlines.
- Transfer employee engagement and exit survey data into Prism reporting tools.
- Organize and maintain six years of archived survey data for future accessibility and reporting needs.
- Adhere to all organizational standards regarding data security, confidentiality, and information management.
- Review and validate data accuracy within Prism before migration into Workday.
- Work alongside IT partners responsible for system setup, configuration, and technical implementation.
LMS Administration & Learning Operations
- Act as the primary administrator for Workday Learning throughout the duration of the project.
- Maintain learner records and manage training rosters.
- Oversee course registrations, learning assignments, completion tracking, and transcript management.
- Provide ongoing LMS support to learners and internal stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve system-related issues and learner inquiries.
- Assist with learning program operations and training-related initiatives.
- Partner with project leadership to support current learning and development projects.
- Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of learning records, reports, and system data.
Qualifications
- Previous Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience required.
- Experience with Workday Learning strongly preferred.
- Strong data management, reporting, and validation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience working with confidential employee information and following data security protocols.
- Comfortable partnering with Learning & Development, HR, and IT stakeholders.
