Senior Accountant

I’m partnering with a well-established professional services organization in the Boston area seeking a Senior Accountant to join their finance team. This opportunity is 3 days hybrid following the first 2-3 months in office and pays $95-110k base salary depending on experience. Hands-on role with exposure to:

• Full-cycle accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting
• General ledger management and balance sheet reconciliations
• Accounts payable oversight and process improvements
• Payroll administration and internal controls
• Audit support and cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership

Ideal background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience in a Professional Services environment
• ERP experience (such as Sage, Deltek, etc.)
