This is a Desktop Support role supporting employees at all levels, including executives, in a fast-paced office environment. The person will provide hands-on support for laptops, workstations, conference rooms, Microsoft 365 applications, and general office technology, while managing tickets through ServiceNow.
Success in this role requires strong customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This is a 12 month contract and will be onsite 5 days a week Downton Denver.
