What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments to customers
- Source and evaluate transportation carriers to secure the best pricing and service
- Manage incoming freight and ensure timely receipt of materials
- Track and monitor all inbound and outbound orders from start to finish
- Utilize inventory management systems to maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
- Analyze logistics performance data and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Investigate and resolve shipping, freight, and pricing discrepancies
- Manage Proofs of Delivery (PODs), Certificates of Insurance, and shipping documentation
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Order Management teams
- Verify outbound shipments for accuracy before carrier pickup
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of logistics, transportation, freight coordination, or supply chain experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive relationships internally and externally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using inventory management or ERP systems
