Must Haves:
- 10+ years implementing enterprise IT systems, applications, and infrastructure
- 8+ years leading ServiceNow architecture engagements
- Deep ServiceNow experience across core infrastructure, CMDB, ITSM, CSM, SPM, and GRC
- Strong ServiceNow scripting and application development skills
- Experience integrating ServiceNow through REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration methods
- At least one full lifecycle ServiceNow implementation as a lead architect
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or similar applicable field plus 4+ years in cloud infrastructure technologies
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, security, and business teams
