Position Summary
Beacon Hill is seeking a Lease Administrator to support a high-volume commercial real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for maintaining lease records, managing critical lease obligations, interpreting lease provisions, and ensuring lease compliance across a large multi-site portfolio.
Position Details
- Job Type: Contract
- Pay Rate: $26-$28/Hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 Hours per Week
- Work Arrangement: Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer commercial lease records and documentation across a large portfolio
- Track lease renewals, expiration dates, options, and critical notification requirements
- Review and process lease-related documents, including amendments, assignments, subleases, and other agreements
- Perform lease abstraction and maintain accurate lease data within lease administration systems
- Interpret lease provisions and provide guidance to internal business partners
- Process and validate monthly lease payments and related financial obligations
- Support financial reporting related to lease obligations, liabilities, and operating expenses
- Coordinate with landlords, lenders, attorneys, and internal stakeholders regarding lease matters
- Research and resolve lease, rent, tax, and property-related questions
- Maintain accurate landlord records, payment information, and property ownership updates
- Support insurance certificate tracking and compliance activities
- Perform data audits, reporting, and system updates to ensure portfolio accuracy
- Assist with special projects involving portfolio management, lease compliance, and process improvements

Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in lease administration, commercial real estate, property administration
- Commercial lease abstraction experience required
- Understanding of lease financial requirements and lease accounting concepts required
- Experience reviewing and interpreting commercial lease documents
- Knowledge of lease renewals, options, critical dates, and compliance requirements
- Experience maintaining lease databases and supporting reporting functions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience with CoStar or similar lease management systems preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting workloads
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
