Required Qualifications
· 7+ years of project management experience in data center or other mission-critical construction environments, preferably on the owner or operator side rather than the General Contractor (GC) side.
· Working knowledge of data center MEP systems, including switchgear, UPS systems, generators, cooling systems, BMS, and physical security.
· Direct experience managing vendor procurement and purchasing & sourcing (P&S) within a corporate procurement environment.
· Strong proficiency with Excel and Smartsheet or equivalent project management tools.
