Must Haves:
- 4-7+ years of experience in IT project management
- 2+ years of experience in the financial services, fintech, or banking industry.
- Experience working in a start-up environment.
- Experience in an agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, data integrations, system architecture and the SDLC.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple business units.
Plusses:
- PMP/CSM or relevant certification
- Experience with AI-enable project management and workflow automation tools.
