Financial Accountant Opportunity- Contract to Hire-Salary up to $85K (DOE) + Bonus!
This is a contract-to-hire role with a growing manufacturing company in the Blaine area. The position offers a blend of accounting, operations, and analytics, with strong opportunities for growth and development. Key Responsibilities
- General ledger accounting, journal entries, and month-end close
* Financial reporting, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
* Inventory accounting, costing, and manufacturing variance review
* Fixed asset accounting and capital expenditure tracking
* Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
* Audit support, compliance, and internal controls
* Process improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP enhancements
* Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and HR teams
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years of accounting experience
* Strong GL, close, and reconciliation experience
* ERP and advanced Excel skills
* Manufacturing, inventory, or cost accounting experience preferred
* Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and solve problems
* Passion for learning, growth, and continuous improvement
