Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialists! My goodness, we could use your help! Well, our client can! Our client, located in Portland, OR is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist to join their team on a project-based, temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist who enjoys working with data, reconciling transactions, and supporting accounting operations.
As the Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist, you will work alongside the accounting team helping to:
- Review and analyze large Excel reports
- Research and resolve outstanding transactions
- Monitor open receipt activity and identify items requiring follow-up
- Assist with account reconciliations and discrepancy resolution
- Update and maintain records within the ERP system
- Support reporting accuracy and data cleanup initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Perform various related A/P duties as needed
