Manufacturing Technician

Position Summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join a growing manufacturing team within a regulated environment. This is an entry-level opportunity for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable following established procedures and working in a structured, team-oriented setting.

The Manufacturing Operator will support day-to-day production activities while ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and according to established quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine manufacturing and production activities according to established procedures
• Prepare materials, equipment, and work areas for production
• Operate and support basic manufacturing equipment
• Assist with material handling, production, inspection, and packaging activities
• Maintain clean and organized production areas
• Complete required production documentation accurately and on time
• Follow applicable safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Identify and communicate production or quality concerns to appropriate team members
• Participate in required training and qualification activities
• Work collaboratively with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and other operational teams
• Support continuous improvement and general production needs as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently
• Basic math and documentation skills
• Strong reliability and attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or related experience is preferred but not required

• Pharmaceutical or life sciences
• Food or beverage production
• Medical device manufacturing
• Regulated manufacturing
• Production or packaging
• Controlled manufacturing environments
