Laboratory Technician

Location: Indianapolis, IN

We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to support day-to-day laboratory testing and operations. This individual will be responsible for preparing and analyzing samples, documenting results, and maintaining an organized and compliant laboratory environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare samples for laboratory testing and analysis
• Perform routine testing using established laboratory methods and equipment
• Accurately record test results and sample information in LIMS
• Follow established SOPs, laboratory procedures, and safety guidelines
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and records
• Clean, organize, and maintain laboratory equipment and workspaces
• Prepare reagents, solutions, and other materials as needed
• Assist with inventory and general laboratory supplies
• Support routine equipment maintenance and calibration activities
• Perform other general laboratory duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or another scientific discipline
• Previous laboratory experience preferred
• Comfortable following SOPs and detailed laboratory procedures
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a laboratory environment
