An exciting opportunity is available for a litigation attorney to join a Labor & Employment team in Philadelphia.
The attorney will handle a varied caseload of labor and employment matters, as well as select general litigation defense cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably defending employment, liability, insurance, or complex litigation matters.
Candidates should have experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, arbitrations, and trials, along with excellent writing and analytical skills. Active admission in Pennsylvania and New Jersey is required.
