A premier downtown Miami firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its busy transactional team. This is a full-time, fully in-person position offering a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and paid commuter benefits.
What You’ll Do
- Support attorneys through every phase of commercial real estate transactions, contracts and loan commitments through closing and post-closing
- Run commercial due diligence: title and survey review, title objection letters, lease reviews, municipal lien searches, and UCC, judgment, litigation, and lien searches
- Prepare closing checklists, critical-dates timelines, title commitments and policies, closing statements, affidavits, and entity authorizations
- Prepare organizational documents and assist with entity formation
- Assemble closing binders and support transactions locally and nationally
What You Bring
- 10+ years as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, with direct experience in retail triple-net properties, i.e. restaurants, drug stores, bank buildings
- Clear, professional communication with clients, lenders, and title companies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based software
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate preferred; equivalent experience considered
Compensation & Benefits
- $110,000-$140,000 per year, depending on experience
