You can do sophisticated corporate work without billing 2000+ hours a year. An established boutique southeastern Pennsylvania firm is looking to add an experienced corporate/M&A attorney to their growing Business & Finance team. This is a great opportunity for a more experienced attorney to step into a senior role within the practice, taking meaningful ownership of matters and build long-term client relationships.
What you’d do:
- M&A, general corporate and commercial transactions
- Draft and negotiate deal documents and commercial agreements from state to finish
- Counsel business owners and executives on their ongoing busines need
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years in corporate practice
- Meaningful law firm background handling M&A and general corporate matters
- Ability to handle a broad range of transactions and draft documents from scratch
- PA Bar required; NJ admission a plus
Nuts & Bolts:
- 1500 billable hour target
- $180K+ anticipated base salary depending on experience
- In-office position, with flexibility for occasional remote work
