A well-established Newnan law firm has an immediate opening for an experienced Residential Real Estate Pre-Closer. If you have at least two years of residential real estate pre-closing experience, we would love to speak with you!
Responsibilities include:
- Sending buyer and seller information sheets
- Preparing, sending, receiving, and reviewing power of attorney documents
- Ordering title exams and working with attorneys to clear title issues
- Communicating with loan officers and processors regarding title commitments
- Coordinating with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers to schedule closings
- Requesting and reviewing HOA letters, mortgage payoffs, utility statements, and termite inspection letters
- Entering required information and documents into Qualia
