Must Haves:
* Strong 5+ years of experience of UX Design
* Great hands-on Figma experiences
* Experience designing AI/Generative AI-enabled product experiences
* Experience working cross functionally with technical teams, stakeholders, product managers, and external customers to solve design challenges/execute those designs
* Strong experience translating user needs/research insights into design solutions in real-time
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment – experience in a large enterprise environment required
* Bachelors in relevant field (HCI, Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Human Factors, Graphic Design, etc)
