Must Haves:
* Strong (4+ years of) experience with user researched methods (usability testing, interviews, generative, discovery research, qualitative, quantitative methods, etc)
* Hands on experience using Generative AI tools to support research workflows, synthesis, analysis, or insight generation
* Experience leading complex research initiatives from planning through synthesis and communication
* Large enterprise-level experience (working cross functionally with different teams)
* Bachelor’s in – Human Factors, Psychology, Anthropology, HCI, Design, Sociology, Human Geography or related
Plusses:
