A well-regarded national firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Naples office. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate looking for substantive responsibility, sophisticated litigation experience, and a long-term path to partnership.
About the Role:
- Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including construction, real estate, creditor’s rights, and trust/probate disputes
- Research, draft, and argue motions in Florida state courts
- Draft and respond to written discovery
- Take and defend depositions
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of commercial litigation experience; construction, real estate, and/or landlord/tenant experience preferred
- Florida Bar admission in good standing
