My AmLaw client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate looking for sophisticated litigation work, meaningful client exposure, and the ability to take on substantial responsibility within a collaborative team.
About the Role:
- Work alongside experienced trial lawyers on a diverse mix of complex commercial disputes
- Handle matters involving white collar litigation, government investigations, breach of contract, business torts, fraud, restrictive covenants, securities disputes, and other high-stakes business litigation
- Gain exposure to litigation and regulatory matters within highly regulated industries, including energy, healthcare, financial services, and oil and gas
- Conduct substantive legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other advocacy-focused filings
- Gain meaningful client contact and work closely with experienced partners
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of complex commercial litigation experience at a large firm
- J.D. with strong academic credentials
- Admitted to the Texas Bar and in good standing
